DATABASE
With the Symphony Organizer® dynamic database, you will enjoy a central location to store musician information such as addresses, phone numbers, hire dates, per service pay scale, etc. Changes made in the database are synchronized across other program functions.
SEASON
Create a new season in minutes with Symphony Organizer®. Designed specifically for per-service orchestras, the system automatically keeps track of different levels of guaranteed services, number of services offered, and other important information for each musician.

E-MAIL
Notifying musicians of schedule changes and other general reminders, throughout the season, is made easy with our broadcast e-mail delivery system. You may choose to send your e-mail message to the entire concert roster, a specific instrument section, or an individual e-mail address.
Symphony Organizer® also includes a confirmation e-mail function which allows you to send and track service offers. When a musician is e-mailed a service offer(s) he is asked to ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ your offer at which time the program records and updates responses in real time. Within minutes, musicians will receive an automated response e-mail confirming their decision.
MAESTRO PAGE
Symphony Organizer® gives your Maestro the ability to e-mail an entire concert roster, or a specific section of the orchestra. This powerful tool may be used to share such information as commentary, tempi, and musical notations from the score. The Maestro may choose to send a rehearsal follow-up e-mail specific to things that may need attention before the next rehearsal, thus allowing precious time at the podium to be better utilized.
MUSICIAN PAGE
Symphony Organizer® is an interactive communication tool that will strengthen the orchestra manager’s relationship with the musicians. Automatically make concert details and roster information available to authorized musicians on their own dedicated program page. Musicians may send a concert specific note to the personnel manager, via the program, which are date stamped and archived for reference.
